Planes, Trains and Automobiles: Getting to Laguna Beach
Centrally located in Southern California, Laguna Beach is one of the most sought after coastal destinations in California.
One of the many great things about Laguna Beach is the walkability of our coastal village.
Laguna Beach is a very "walkable" town, and there are plenty of public transportation options which allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. Take advantage of the City’s FREE trolley service that services on Coast Highway between North Laguna/Heisler Park, downtown, South Laguna/Mission Hospital and Ritz Carlton in Dana Point.
If you are traveling on a budget, the OCTA bus is a great option and stops at most Orange County attractions and train stations including the Laguna Beach Bus Depot in the downtown village.
The city of Laguna Beach has free year-round trolley service for visitors and residents. Trolleys run specific routes along PCH (Pacific Coast Highway), into Laguna Canyon, and as far south as Dana Point. Our trolleys are seasonal and run more often during the summer months.
