Join us for an intimate night with one of the world’s great guitarists, Adam Del Monte — an artist whose music embodies the fiery soul of flamenco and the refined beauty of classical guitar.
A professor at the USC Thornton School of Music, Del Monte is celebrated internationally for his dazzling technique, deep musicality, and fearless innovation. His performances are alive with rhythm, emotion, and a spontaneity that electrifies audiences — transforming the stage into a living conversation between passion and precision.
With a career spanning performance at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and international festivals from London to Hong Kong, Del Monte has recorded for Deutsche Grammophon, collaborated with the Atlanta Symphony, and performed on major film scores for Steven Spielberg’s Munich and Pixar’s Toy Story 3.
In this solo Laguna Beach performance, Del Monte will draw from the full breadth of his artistry — from traditional Andalusian flamenco to his own groundbreaking compositions that blur the lines between cultures and genres. Every note tells a story, steeped in history yet unbound by convention.
