Studio at Montage: Montage Laguna Beach will be reopening Studio for one night only (the first time since March 2020!) to ring in the new year with live entertainment, craft cocktails and gourmet dining. The festivities will kick off at 8pm with cocktails, canapes and conversations, before leading into an opulent sit-down six-course dinner with mouth-watering dishes such as the Poached Pacific Spiny Lobster (a rare type of lobster that can only be caught on the Pacific Coast) and Miyazaki A5 Japanese Wagyu, all expertly paired with wine from Studio’s award-winning cellar. Following the meal, guests can mingle and enjoy live entertainment and dancing while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from the resort.
