There is continuous Shuttle Bus service from the parking lot of First Church of Christ Scientist, at 635 High Drive, Laguna Beach. Parking is FREE.
This hidden Laguna Gem features a 2.5 acre garden with over a dozen unique trails and a pristine Mid-Century Modern home build by Knowlton Fernald in 1958 on the slope of Boat Canyon. Tucked under towering Canary Pines, planted from one gallon saplings in 1959, there are over 500 plant species of which about 150 are California natives.  The wondrous variety gives the garden color and texture during every season. The home’s walls of glass offer breathtaking ocean views. The original furnishings give the home a rare authenticity, fitting of a true Laguna artist.
Free Art Workshop for all ages. Leave with a sweet botanical inspired memento. Laguna Beach artist Lovisa Kjerrgren has kindly shared a drawn outline of fantastical plants, and together we will use watercolor pencils and silk stitching to bring it to life. 
Sack lunches permitted. Beekeeper Talk at noon and at 1:00pm
Walking shoes recommended. Garden tours offered every 30 minutes. House open to tour.
Books by Hortense Miller, plants, container gardens and garden art available for sale.
No reservation necessary.  Admission is free.  Donations gratefully accepted.
