Greatness Re-Imagined exhibition featured at Art-To-Go reception at City Hall on June 4
Everyone will love Greatness Re-Imagined, the 2026 Art-To-Go exhibition, presented by The Artists Fund at Festival of Arts. A preview show runs June 4 through June 26 at Laguna Beach City Hall. A free public reception, including set pieces from Pageant of the Masters, is June 4, 5:45-7 p.m.
“City Hall is a great starting place for First Thursdays Art Walk” said Wendy Wirth, The Artists Fund president. “Many artists will be in attendance.” More than 35 originals by Festival exhibitors will be displayed, under the theme Greatness Re-Imagined. The collection references iconic artistic styles, movements, or moment – as evolved and presented through the unique visions of Festival exhibitors.
Upon approaching City Hall, visitors will be greeted by three monumental set pieces on temporary display from backstage at Pageant of the Masters. Here is a rare chance to view Indian Chess Set pieces up close and learn how sets are constructed to hold live models on stage. All who post photos on Instagram will qualify to win four tickets to the 2026 Pageant of the Masters.
Refreshments will be provided, along with music by flautist Mary Bestgen of Community Concert Band. The event is presented in collaboration with the city of Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Department and First Thursdays Art Walk.
