Meet the Winemaker – Adam Lee “And it should come as no surprise, the first red wine I truly fell in love with was a Pinot Noir” – Adam Lee Adam Lee has been a driving force in California Pinot Noir for more than three decades. Many wine lovers first came to know him as the founder of Siduri Wines, where he built a reputation for seeking out exceptional vineyard sites and crafting wines that captured the unique character of each place. His passion for Pinot Noir, paired with an adventurous spirit and relentless curiosity, helped make him one of the most respected and recognizable winemakers in the industry. Today, Adam brings that same energy and experience to Clarice Wine Company, a personal project named in honor of his grandmother. At Clarice, he focuses on small-lot Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, creating wines that are elegant, expressive, and deeply connected to the vineyards they come from. He has also partnered on the exciting Dial Tone and Busy Signal labels, collaborative projects that showcase a fresh, creative side of California winemaking while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that have defined his career.
