Join the UCI Muscle Center and CureDuchenne for a free community screening of The Remarkable Life of Ibelin, the award-winning documentary about a young man with Duchenne muscular dystrophy whose world expanded far beyond his diagnosis through online gaming and the friendships he built there.
Presented during Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Month, the event will feature pre-film informational tables and posters
describing cutting edge research and clinical trials taking place in Orange County, and a post-film Q&A featuring clinicians, scientists, and Duchenne community advocates.
