50 years ago Thomas and Daniele Graffio founded Factotum. Tom is the third generation of his family to be in the shoe repair business and since that inception it has expanded to become the designated repair service for many luxury brands including Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Ferragamo and many more. To this day the business is still family run including their son Jean Michel.
