The FREE summer trolley runs daily from 9:30am-11:30pm, with limited hours until 7pm on July 4. The trolley frequency is every 20 minutes, but may vary depending on traffic conditions. The City of Laguna Beach will started its Free Neighborhood Trolley Pilot Program on June 24. The service will replace the current Mainline Bus service in Top of The World, Bluebird Canyon, Arch Beach Heights, and will utilize brand new green and red trolleys. The new service will operate Monday through Thursday, 6:30am-6:30pm; Friday, 6:30am-11:00pm; Saturday, 9:30am-11:00pm; Sunday, 11:00am-8:00pm. The neighborhood program will operate on a 30 minute frequency with fixed stops, as well as offering a flag down service anywhere along the route. Mainline service will continue as normal in North Laguna and South Laguna.
