Studio’s Six-Course Valentine’s Dinner Created for Gourmet Lovers
Chef Ben Martinek is serving heartfelt selections to delight couples who desire impeccably served, delicious food presented in a stunning Craftsman-style ocean view setting. The meal begins with an amuse-bouche of Shigoku Oyster on the Half Shell and next is Kampachi Crudo with romanesco, pearl onion, green strawberry, kaluga royal caviar and hearts of palm. Then Torchon of Hudson Valley Foie Gras with rhubarb, poppy, black tea and almond is served. The third course is Roulade of California Petrale Sole accompanied by marinated white asparagus, dashi-poached turnips and hon shimeji followed by Alina Duck Breast with swiss chard, sunchoke, morel mushroom and hazelnut. This remarkable dinner ends with a Whipped Brie course and then Ivory Chocolate Mille-Feuille.
