Montage Laguna Beach Presents: The Loft Easter Brunch
The Loft Brunch will be served early for those who want to get their full day started with delicious food served overlooking the ocean in a bright comfortable room, and it continues until 3 p.m. This special seasonal à la carte menu offers To Begin with California Avocado Toast with hard-cooked egg, cherry tomatoes and arugula; Smoked Salmon Rillette with toasted bagel, whipped boursin, red onion, avocado and heirloom tomato; Organic Mixed Greens with orange-lavender dressing; or Burrata and Speck Ham with cantaloupe, sweet peas, pea shoots and mint. There will be Pan Breads like Brioche French Toast and Apple and Mascarpone Crèpes with vanilla-bourbon caramel and Eggs such as Maryland Crab Cake Benedict with fingerling potatoes and chipotle hollandaise. Easter Features include Lamb Osso Bucco with spring pea risotto; Grilled Chicken and Brie Panini; and Pan-Seared Salmon with pickled ramps, morel mushrooms and asparagus-English pea nage. Easter Desserts offers Pear Blackberry Crisp, Profiteroles and more.
