Champagne Holiday Brunch on Studio’s Lawn
Montage’s Champagne Holiday Brunch with a luscious menu created by Studio’s Executive Chef Ben Martinek features Veuve Clicquot champagne to be sipped while overlooking the panoramic Pacific backdrop. Guests will dine on Hen Egg with shaved watermelon radish, Roasted and Raw Fall Vegetables with caramelized cipollini crème fraiche and more from the Crudite and Salad Station. There will be a globally sourced artisan cheese display with spiced pear compote, apple butter and apricot mostarda, as well as chilled seafood and oysters. A selection of crepes including Seafood Newburg will be offered and the Carving Station has Wild Salmon Loin En Croûte, Grilled Hangar Steak, Organic Herb Roasted Chicken and Caramelized Sweet Potatoes and other vegetables. Kaluga Caviar Blinis are a supplemental $20. In addition, there will be a delicious fresh fruit-inspired Mimosa Station. The event is made particularly festive with live musical entertainment. $150 per guest, plus tax and gratuity; one bottle of champagne included for every two guests.
