Pablo Vargas Lugo is the commissioned artist for the fifth edition of Art & Nature, Laguna Art Museum's annual exploration of art's engagement with the natural world.
Professor Steven Hackel, University of California, Riverside, specializes in research on the Spanish Borderlands, colonial California, and California Indians.
The panel will be moderated by the museum's executive director, Malcolm Warner.
