Laguna Beach Chosen by MSN.com as One of the Top 10 Beaches in America

(Laguna Beach, CA) -- Laguna Beach, a seaside artist village and resort destination in Orange County, California, has been selected by MSN.com as one of the Top 10 Beaches in America on its www.msn.com website.

Located halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego, Laguna Beach "showcases more than 25 beaches (coves) for a total of seven miles in length," says the beach review on the web site. "The city's most famous hot spot is Main Beach - also known as Laguna's ‘Window to the Sea.'"

Laguna Beach is one of only two California beaches named to the list by www.msn.com
The list of the 10 beaches include the following destinations in no specific order:

Holden Beach, North Carolina
Panama City Beach, Florida
South Padre Island, Texas
Venice Beach, California
Ocean City,Maryland
Laguna Beach, California
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
South Beach, Miami Beach Florida
St, John, US Virgin Islands
Waikiki Beach, Hawaii

Laguna Beach was also named one of the best beaches in the Country for its water quality and was also ranked No. 1 in the United States in economic impact of the arts on a per capita basis which includes total spending by both organizations and audiences.
